"I've waited a year to write because I wanted to get a good foundation for my review. Why? Because my buying experience was so much fun I needed a 'reality' check. I bought a 1300 Yamaha Tourer and it is so easy to maneuver. The staff (Doug, Scott, Chris in my case) are incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating. The Staff takes the time to make certain the bike is perfect for the rider's body and needs. Confidence in the ride is important safety factor. I enjoy my bike so much I even haul it to better weather to ride more often. I had small problem with speedometer in the beginning; the Service Dept. got right on it. I think they could use more staff in the accessories department (busy!) but the ease of getting to the Longview facility and their willingness to work with me when I arrive make any visit enjoyable."

"In late 09 I purchased a new Ktm 250 XCFW from Doug knowing it would be used in a 24 hour team race in Goldendale WA. The bike needed very few things to be race worthy so after Jim "Grizz" in the service department was done with it I was excited to give it a 24 hour test run. The new bike has pull throughout the rpm range and even with stock tires put down consistently good laps. The jetting was spot on for the elevation and ran without a hiccup. Our team took its first 1st place trophy this year. I had all parts for the new bike ordered and sent in time for the event. Walt and Jerod know how important motorcycles are to us "addicts" and have always pulled through for me.
It took 6 riders, 5 pit crew members, and a motorcycle shop that stands behind their product to help create the most memorable weekend of my life. Once again Thank You"

I own the nicest and best bike around I use it for hunting fishing and farm work. I will but my next ATV or UTV from Pro Caliber and from Doug. "I would like to thank Doug and the staff at Pro Caliber for the opportunity to demo the Explorer KLX450F snow bike last weekend. All who participated had a great time and loved the Explorer snow bike. For all of you gear head motocrossers, off-roaders and weekend warriors you need to check this thing out, it is awesome. Ride all year long with a dirt bike and this snow bike conversion kit. No need to have thousands of dollars wrapped up in snowmobiles that will sit for 9 months out of the year. "I called your store at 6:30 friday night and asked if you would be willing to stay open later then normal because I was 45 minutes away and you DID!!! Not only was Mark waiting for us but he even helped me get in to a great quad i was originally wanting the Honda 450R, but honda financing was closed so he helped me compare the suzuki quad racer R450 not only do i love the bike but a couple of my friends with honda's version are wishing they had purchased this bike instead. "I purchased a 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT on 07 April 2007. The gentleman that worked with me on this purchase was Mark McGill. Of all of the sales people that I have talked to at different motorcycle dealerships, Mark was the only one that took me seriously about my desire for a bike, even taking into account that this is my first motorcycle. . . EVER!! I found it to be a great benefit to have a service technition point out and help me understand the operational features of the bike.

Great sales people, no pressure, and was made a super deal on two bikes 2007 HONDA CRF50 & 2007 CRF450X. MISSY in accessories was great to deal with. Your customer Loyalty Card is a great deal. We have $132.00 on it already and we just took delivery on 1/30/07 had to spend some $$$$ but that loyalty card @ 10% each purchase will save us some big $$$ over time. Their show rooms at both stores make Beaverton Honda Yamaha look small and we were treated like s**t there. I will bad mouth them for ever!!!!!!!!! I will recommend PRO CALIBER 1OO% too all who ask where did u get the cool Hondas? Keep up the great work.... "

"I LOVE YOU GUYS!! I think a wider selection in your parts department would help a TON!! Maybe some more quad parts..But your guys make up for it when you whip them catologs out and you guys have a *&%# load of parts in them. One more thing is, it takes kinda a long time when you order parts for them to come in..But I dont think that has anything to do with you guys..I think thats the shipper..

"Here is a copy of the email that was sent to our owner and managers.
PC, Kudos’ to the sales and service department for outstanding customer service. I had called to report a suspected problem with the new Kawasaki 650R I purchased last week for my Wife. I was concerned with an internal coating on the engines oil sight glass and a strange looking opaque consistency to the oil. I was told to bring the bike in for an oil change which was handled immediately. I will sleep a bit better now. My thanks to all involved.

"I had to say how much I love my new bike (ZRX1200R). On 8/13/05 I ranover something on hwy 503 that left me with a staple in my tire that resulted in a FLAT. I got to the shop at about 7pm and was met by Joey and I believe Bill the (shop foreman). They asked if I had the service contract,which I do. They then set about helping me with my problem, and doing what was best for me and my bike. I thought customer service was dead. I was wrong! I have never been so happy to be wrong. So, please thank all the guys for me, they represent your shop very well. I tell anyone who has an interest in motorcycles how well I was and am treated at Procaliber. I feel more like a friend than a customer. If anyone asks about seeing a green blur just before a tear developed in the time space continuem, you know nothin!

"We just picked up our 2005 Suzuki C50T last night. The last time I rode was over 20 years ago. I stopped after (luckily) walking away from laying down a much smaller bike. (Actually, the bike layed down & I kept going for a few yards.) My wife & I had originally stopped by Pro Caliber to look at a Kawaski Vulcan 500. They didn't have any in stock so Eric recommended the C50T since we wanted something to ride to the beach, Central OR, etc. I have to admit, because of the engine size & just the size of it, I was skeptical when I asked if it would be a good "beginner's bike" but he was right on target. The C50T is a very good "re-entry" bike - especially for a guy in his mid-40's. The handling is great, it's very comfortable, and the performance is excellent. (It was a moral imperative that I ride for a couple of hours before sadly putting it in the garage for the night. ;-) If you haven't ridden one, check it out. I've done a lot of research on the internet since we wrote the deal on Saturday and completely agree with what I've read: The C50T is a lot of bike for the money. Eric did a helluva job steering us to the right bike. Thank you!!! }:-)"
